More Things That Are Wrong, just plain wrong

I’m sure if you’re correct he can look forward to a decent false arrest settlement. My money is on him not getting a shilling.

Why?

Because he didn’t follow a reasonable direction after being cautioned

For breaking what law.

Odd that you’re dismissing the accounts of an eye witness.

For breaking what law? It seems like you don’t know.

It’s quite apparent you can’t read

It’s quite apparent you don’t know.

What law did he break? I’m unaware of a law banning you from flying a flag at GAA games?

Don’t be an idiot.

He was done for breach of public order act, not flying a flag

You’re flummoxed.

Is flying a flag at a GAA game unlawful? If not, what was he arrested for? The Gardai did not seem to have any cause to be harassing the man.

I’ve told you all you need to know. The fact yount process it is part for the course with your contributions here

He was from Tyrone. That’s enough of a reason on its own

You are flummoxed. You have told me nothing bar confirm that you haven’t a clue. What law did he break. Any eye witness account said he was told to stop flying a flag at a GAA game. The Gardai have no authority here so why were they harassing the man?

And did he stop?

Far be it from me to start a back and forth with you Sid, but there really are only 3 facts to date. One is a video of a man being arrested. The other is a garda statement on said arrest. The third being there was other similar flags being flown continuously through the game but they were still there to the very end. That’s about all I’ve commented on.

He’s not breaking any law. Why should he stop?
