M7 on the outskirts of Limerick yesterday. Lovely red A6 in front of me, matt finish, Matt black trim, very nice. I passed him out anyways and was looking back only to see a Silver BMW undertake him in on the hard shoulder, absolutely pelting it. I’m still in the fast lane and he’s coming up my inside… so I stick on the indicator with no intention of cutting across in front of him and he just sallys back into the hard shoulder without a care in the world and on he goes. He was out of sight in less than 30 seconds.

I got a parking space right beside the timber arch thing in front of the building today. A distinct sense of neglect when I went in, that Dijon coffee place has shut shop and they’ve blocked off the urinals rather than having to bother cleaning them.
I liked Midway’s shit food offering as a contrast to Pat Mc’s shit food offering but there’ll be nothing but tumbleweed going there soon.
Midway is a deadman walking, it’s great for spots of Cheddar though.
Ah it’s gone well down hill at this stage.
The hotel there used to be full of married people meeting their affair partners due to the convenience of it…apparently

Are you doing anything wrong by passing a car on the left lane on a motorway if they won’t get out of the way? Lad in a duster there in Offaly seemed enraged when I did it. I’d been behind him a good minute (didn’t flash my lights or any of that nonsense) before I rescinded enough was enough. He went apeshit flashing his lights and gesturing as and after I passed
passing on the left side is called undertaking and is extremely dangerous.

You are entitled to pass in the left lane of a motorway provided (a) it is safe to do so and is within the speed limit and (b) if the traffic in the right lane is moving at a slower pace than the left.
