MSHC Final Limerick v Cork

What does he think made him a better hurler?

Are you retarded? Who said anything about emotional attachment?

Obviously nothing was going to help him, 'cos who the fuck is he?

Bullshit, stop talking shite Kev, please.

Kieran Bergin was also a brilliant underage player for Tipp before he went to New York. I was surprised at the amount of Tipp supporters that didn’t know who he was when he got on the panel this year.

While it can’t be stated as fact in all cases, I think it I generally accepted you are more mature at 21 compared to 17-18, I know it never changes for some lads. Of course it can’t be fact either that a lad who plays Minor and then Fitz there is no absolute certainty you are better, but one it’s natural development and two if you excel at it, it shows you are closer to Senior. I never ever said it was the only way to go. It can be a huge help in development though. And it’s harder to make a Fitz team than a County Minor team and if you win at that level it’s shows alot about your ability, will and discipline.

In Corks case in hurling and football in recent times it ha helped put a team together. Cork have 10 lads from one team on the Senior squad now, all winners. You would never get 10 from a Minor team.

Kev he was wing back the last two ucc fitzgibbon cup winning teams.

And has an all Ireland under 21 medal to go with his minor one

Poor Kev is in meltdown here

He’d be better known for his AI medals though

Never heard of him

Kev, I make it 3 of last Sundays team played on this years ucc fitzgibbon winning team.

Was an excellent minor in fairness to him. Fitzgibbon will always throw up players who haven’t excelled at minor but have trained on. Barry Nugent, Shane McGrath, Cyril Donnellan, Wayne Mc are just four lads off the top of my head who got a shot at county level off the back of Fit for LIT after making little impact at underage, still would think that minor will add far more players to a county set up than Fitz but the lads named above are exceptions. I could name as many if not more who were outstanding fitz hurlers but never made much of an impact at I/C despite numerous chances

You’re too busy counting the senior ones, cunts.

I know who he is MI, I was taking the piss. He’s no doubt come on a ton cos of Fitz hurling.

It’s kev’s comment about a fitzgibbon being worth far more than an AI Minor that I took exception too.
This on the back of one championship win.

I was just about to ask who the fuck is wayne mccain

Westmeath would have beaten that fuckin Clare side such was their lack of effort and decision making on Sunday,Cork used the very strong wind exactly right picking scores from distance aswell as the cheap as chips possesion Clare gave them at every turn.Davie Fitz was brainless and maybe a bit arrogant in the way he used(failed to use the wind in the first half) Clare time and again tried for goal chances instead of building a lead of 8-9 pts which was the minimum required to hold a lead in the conditions. The manner of Corks win is perfect for Limerick as they are still untested after that game whereas Lmk came back from 4 pts in a real championship test.Come July 14th we now have a home final against a decent but very beatable Cork side who will really find out what it’s like to earn a win in the Munster championship…LOVELY.

Unlikely

Unlikely

Limerick will this by 6 or 7 pts
