the most interesting thing for me is what will Cark do with Flanagan. He doesnāt spend a minute inside. Will they leave Cahalane loose or will they put Cahalane on Gillane and let one of the other lads follow Flanagan out the field?
I think we might see Flanagan play a bit more closer to goal this weekend, while still spending some time outside.
You may be right. If they were looking at Tippās second half the last day Iād say Flanagan may be pushed right up for the puckouts. Itād be madness to leave them a spare man in the full back line
Joyce is a massive issue. Not good enough.

OāDonovan will have to sit on Fitzgibbon, Lynch wouldnt have the pace for him.
Kearney will be a tough test for Lynch. Lynch is still only learning at midfield at senior level.
Kearney pops up everywhere.
His hurling is ok ish but will improve. His brain and his coolness is his 2nd best assets though (after that power)

Bringing Flanagan out only works if the man goes with hin, leaving loads of space inside. Thatās why I prefer him starting inside and making the run out the field when we have possession in our half-back line or midfield. In that instance, the man has to go with him and it opens up a couple of options for our player.
Movement is absolutely key.

Ya Kearney while nippy doesnāt have blinding seed, is not strong and is small. He can read a game very well though. His positioning is immense.
The use of kearney is one of the real credits to the his management.
I donāt actually know the Limerick lads individually that weāll. Alot of similar players but itās just their collective that I like.
A loss too might do them no harm.
Thing is about this game, itās not beyond possible these teams meet 3 times this year. And I think we find out Saturday which way all 3 will go by whoever wins.
The styles are contrasting and matches like this tend to carry over. One style suited to beating another

against Tipp he spent hardly any time inside that I can remember. Maybe his role will change for this one.
