Sunday is set up nicely for Chipp. Expect to see Cork reverting to type and flopping, they won their All Ireland down at SuperValu last Saturday night.
Could you imagine
I think Tipp and Waterford could win this weekend but I just don’t see how barring Waterford pillaging goals and Tipp getting a hot start on cork though,
I think Clare and Cork both match up well with their opponents. Tipp’s half forward is probably the weakest in the Munster championship which will leave Cork off the hook somewhat as they aren’t a dominant unit and can be targeted. But I think Cork can get a bit of momentum going they have the movement and hurlers to go at Tipp.
I think the match ups relatively suit Clare - Malone to track Barron, Hogan on Hutchinson, Cleary on Bennett, O’Donnell on Fitzgerald at full back to name a few. Clare more often than not put up decent scores in Cusack park, I think they will have too much firepower for Waterford
Anyone hear of a spare ticket going?
Tipp didn’t bother to hurl for the last 20 minutes against Limerick. They used it as a warm down session
Safe travels today guys.
You’d have to give Waterford a decent shot today. Clare have been very poor for the last 15/20 minutes in their two games to date. But for a dodgy sending off, Cork would have taken em as well.
The auld lad is planning to leave Limerick as early as I’m leaving Dundalk to ‘bate the traffic’
What part of limerick is he living in?
Castletroy
Ah here.
The sister has convinced him that midday is time enough to be going. I’d say he will have the car started by 11:45. I’m still in Dundalk, like
The carkies will be parking outside the golf club by midday.
He’ll have all the sandwiches ate and the flask of tae drank before he leaves the house
The town of Thurles is well used to handling crowds. Loads of approach roads and parking options.
Pity that the once great, but nowadays crumbling shithole that is Semple Stadium is now an accident waiting to happen.
Thurles is incredibly convenient for so many counties particularly the hurling ones.
The investment that went into Puc should have gone into Thurles.
Now the gaa will eventually have to pay for both.
Welcome one and all to the Home of Hurling today. A fine day for it.
Pity yere support will be outnumbered by about 3/1 for a home game
