Last time minors and seniors both played a Munster final the same day too. Sent two tipp teams home with their tae in a mug. Hoggy was minor captain

Yea. I just couldn’t believe it was that long since the two had met at senior.
One thing though. Up until the late (80s or early 90s ?) , weren’t the two Munster finalists always kept apart in the following years draw. Therefore they have probably met more times at first and second round matches more so in the last 20 years then they did in the previous 100
