Munster SHC Final 2017 - Clare v Cork

Watch his performance v chip in 92 Munster semi.

I’d have Galway ahead of Tipp tbh.

I watched the 2nd half in an Irish pub, full of pissheads with stale sweat dripping off them only half interested, they were running into the bookies backing no hopers half the time, that is the old Irish community in London

Coleman or Cadogan MOTM for me. Cadogan’s toughened up this season. He’s putting together full 70 minute displays when in the past he’d have an early impressive burst and then drift out of a game. Coleman is just superb.

I wouldn’t be too disheartened from a Clare perspective. Management made a massive tactical error and ye had a pile of wides and a missed penalty. Despite all this Clare were right in it until the end.

Imagine these are the golden crop, 3 time 21 champs, the best generation of hurlers since the late 90’s to come out of Clare. These are the guys who had to be saved from the madman Fitz who was ruining them, going to deny them their destiny of multiple senior A I’s. These players on this Clare team only last year mutinied against their manager in cahoots with anonymous know nothing wankers aka TAN and his wanker like minded shitforbrains clique on the Clare hurlers forum to run Fitzgerald out of his job while the fellow was away on his holidays. This cowardly rebellion gave them their wish and today they got their comeuppance, for all their self delusion they pissed themselves up against a Cork crowd of jokers.

I detest both of these counties and the sooner they’re both out of the Championship the better.

Ah stop! Weren’t they alcoholics and drug addicts when he took over. He saved those poor young fellas.

Fucking hell kid. Out of the frying pan…

Nash is a horrible horrible rash on the arse of hurling and Sheamie Callinan will break his face the next day they meet.

Cork were the better team and deserved winners. They play a straight forward brand of hurling and their players are very committed and making good decisions. They have serious momentum. Cadogan’s early damage gave Cork a great start which meant they were always able to keep Clare at arms length.

The wides killed us. If Malone had goaled it could have been a different result but we are still a bit off. Short puckouts will get most of the blame but I thought our wing forwards were all too often too deep and we didn’t play enough direct ball inside or have enough of an attacking threat, when we actually went direct or ran at them in their half we caused them problems. Conlon and Malone both grafted put in decent shifts but we really need a physical midfielder beside Galvin.

Only for the eyebrows they’d be twins.

Sheamie wouldn’t break eggs. He’s as windy as fuck. The minute its put up to him he folds. Ask Hanbury

She’s always raving about you alright.
