I like Bateman. Very good in Bad Words. He was the co commentator in DodgeBall.

It’s a bold strategy Cotton

That’s a decent series. The lead guy and his wife are splendidly wooden, which is exactly what they’re meant to be. Vadim is a tremendous character. There’s a fierce Jose Mourinho vibe off him.

It’s quite similar to The Night Manager which was also decent.

I probably preferred The Night Manager as the main character worked in hospitality and had a lovely way about him.

As you said, Alex is a very dour individual.

Ozark is getting mental

Saw that pop up on the 'flix a few days ago. Had assumed After Life would be just on single season. Excellent news.

Finished Bodyguard there tonight. A superb mini-series, the fact that it isn’t going to be drawn out over 3 or 4 more increasingly outlandish seasons only stands to it.

I’ll add it to my list.

Ricky Gervais is the greatest philosopher of our age…after ian beefy botham of course.

What’s after life about?

Are we not speaking?

Open to the board. I’d talk to the wall if it had ears

Great.
It’s about a very kind hearted widower who doesn’t want to live, but who demonstrates to the watcher what a beautiful enterprise life really is.
It’s a thing of beauty, it’s very funny and very serious at the same time. When the tans get this sort of thing right they really get it right.
