Netflix

Great.
It’s about a very kind hearted widower who doesn’t want to live, but who demonstrates to the watcher what a beautiful enterprise life really is.
It’s a thing of beauty, it’s very funny and very serious at the same time. When the tans get this sort of thing right they really get it right.

It was grand, some very fine looking women in it.

Was the haunty looking wan from the first series in it? The doctor?

Brian Banks is decent

I thought she was in the second series, dammit maybe there’s 2 waiting for me.
There was something about her!

Seeing as there isn’t a prime thread i know im in the wrong place @anon67715551

But what would you commit to, Mr Robot, the Americans, or the man in the high castle?

I haven’t a scoobies what your on about, but as you introduced the term:

Yes, yes, I’d have you committed. :pint:

The first two series of the Americans is good, then it runs out of steam.

Mr Robot is as good as anything which has been made this decade IMHO but it isn’t for everyone. It is a complete mindfuck and something you need to pay attention to as opposed to drifting in and out of

I’m putting it down to stress but lads waffling about stuff on alternative platforms are actually teetering on the edges of sanity. Posting irrelevant data, contradicting more informed opinions and interjecting for the sake of it is a bad sign in the current environment.
You’ve been careful enough, there’s hope for you.

Ruth Langmore is a great character.

“You don’t know shit about fuck.”

Her tearing strips off Tommy Egan from Power are terrific scenes.

Started and finished “How to clear up a drugs scandal” or whatever it’s called.

Harmless enough, watchable and will pass a couple of hours. 6.5/10

They stitched poor Joe up, good and proper. He was a harmless enough poor fella who got consumed by the money and conned by a few proper cunts. The authorities took the easy way out here

Not on Netflix but watching Treme now and its the best thing you will watch all lockdown and perhaps beyond

This is being launched early in the US and Canada. No idea when it will be available here.
