Did you see he’s been charged with bringing the game into disrepute for that? Could be banned. FFS sake.

It’s miserable outside chaps.

Meanwhile Nacho Novo is invited to do cup draws and the likes by the same SFA. Cunts.

Griffiths now in more trouble for singing Rudi Skacel is a Fucking Refugee song. Whatever about the first incident, that’s plainly wrong. He’s actually played fairly well for us but that’s indefensible and I’d be happy to see us rid of him if he’s going to continue to be a dumb fucker.

Leigh Griffiths is Coco Bryce.

Would have preferred we wait to confirm who the champions of La Liga will be. Dublin Decider might be a bit diminished if we beat the runners up in La Liga.

I see Daniel McDonnell had an article in yesterday’s Irish Independent (1 day after my exclusive) speculating about the possibility of this fixture taking place.

I understand Manchester United will also be playing a game in the Aviva in August - possibly against Athletic Bilbao.

@Rocko - please provide a round up of how all our players who are away on loan are performing this season.

Eoghan O’Connell is a cousin of uncouth simpleton and rogbee footballer Paul O’Connell.

Think his position at the club is pretty much untenable after this revelation. Imagine having that gormless ginger freak knocking about at Celtic Park?

Neil Lennon on Leigh Griffiths: "A Police investigation going on & we’re doing our own internal investigation. Will run parallel to each other.

“There is no question he has a few issues that we all have in our private life. He has been open and frank about it with me.”

"We will do all we can to help him along. He knows now there is a responsibility to the way he behaves.

“At times, I think he gets antagonised by people, and he just needs to learn to take a deep breath and walk away.”

It’s not the easiest thing in the world to do, & I know that from my own personal experiences from being in that position myself."

"You try to advice people to approach things but you are never ready for it until you are in that environment.

He’s had a few adverse headlines, but he’s our player, he’s my player, and if there’s a part of educating him in the right way then we will do that. He’s our responsibility as well. He’s a fine player, and I have got to manage him in the right way.

He’s got a lot more to come in terms of his talent. We have got him at a good age and he’s started his Celtic career very well.

“We will probably see the best of him, or more of him, next year rather than this year as he’s had a few niggles along the way.”

PFA Scotland Team of the Year

F.Forster,
G.Shinnie, V.vanDijk, M.Reynolds, A.Robertson,
S.Armstrong, P.Pawlett, K.Commons,
S.May, K.Boyd, N.Ciftci.

I’ve carried out a review of the current Celtic team, I think the following players will leave in the summer:

Samaras
Kayal
Balde
Pukki
McGregor
McGeouch
Boerrigter
Commons
Rogic

Most of them are fringe players with the exceptions of Commons and Samaras. I imagine Commons would fancy a chance at the EPL and Celtic would cash in on an offer of £3-4m. Samaras will most likely wind down his contract.

I expect Snodgrass and Armstrong to sign, I also think we will target another wide player, a striker, centre back and left back.

Commons won’t leave - can’t see us getting a bid that comes anywhere close to matching his importance to the team as our only consistent creative outlet.

Stokes is more creative than Commons.

Did you miss the word consistent before the word creative?

Stokes may not be a consistent goalscorer but his creative output has been extremely consistent.

Celtic announced earlier that Johan Mjallby will leave the club at the end of the season. He’s rumoured to be taking on a managerial role back in Sweden. It all seems very amicable based on quotes from all parties on the Celtic website. He was linked with leaving for similar reasons at the end of the past two seasons so it’s not a massive surprise.

Hard to know whether this is concerning or not. He’s had a decent reputation for his work with the defence and we are generally solid enough from open play but we’ve been consistently weak at set pieces. With Thompson having left too we may have run out of internal replacements.
