Non Matchday Celtic Discussion 2013/14

Stokes got a hat-trick today in 1 6-0 win. He is now just 3 goals shy of bettering Hooper’s league tally from last season as I confidently predicted he would.

@Rocko, please post up today’s goals.

Is Stokesy back on penalties after Commons miss last week?

@Rocko

Did you see my thread re Huddleboard referral?

Lennon was in Germany watching Finnish midfielder Alexander Ring during the week/last week, his agent maintains we have been tracking him for a year.

Awards last night:

Players’ Player of the Season: Fraser Forster and Virgil van Dijk (tie)

Supporters’ Player of the Season: Kris Commons

Young Player of the Season: Darnell Fisher

Academy Player of the Season: Liam Henderson

Goal of the Season: Commons v Shakhter Karagandy

Top Scorer: Commons (30)

Luis Suarez has named Izzy in his World Cup squad

Commons urging the club to do their utmost to bring Hooper back to Paradise.

Commons should get fucked. Stokes has matched Hooper’s league tally this season and is a much better all round player with a better work ethic. Commons has also exceeded his goal tally.

Conor Hazzard, a youth team goalkeeper, will be joining us from Cliftonville in the summer.

Celtic will lift the championship trophy after tomorrow’s final game of the season at home to Dundee United.

The team will be wearing black armbands in honour of little Oscar Knox. Poor kid passed away on Thursday. :frowning:

@Rocko, can you post some pictures and videos of Samaras saying his farewells last Sunday? I’m very emotional about his departure.

Stokes and Griffiths had hair transplants over the last few days.

Odds slashed on Lennon leaving and Henke replacing him.

Pukki scored twice in Finland’s 2-2 draw with Czech Republic last night.

That was a nothing story.

The odds weren’t slashed on Lennon leaving. The odds were “slashed” on Henke being the next Celtic manager after Lennon. There is never anything behind these type of stories based on bookmakers changing odds to get some free publicity.

Any number of Scottish media outlets emerging now with reports saying Lennon will step down today. Statement expected later.

Oh dear, @Rocko could well have just mugged himself off
