Whoās tarring anyone, iām dealing in real life experience here. I have also been very specific in who and where iām talking about. I have also lived in rural USA and found the people far more interesting, genuinely inquisitive and generally sounder. Its my experience lads, iām not saying its written in a UN charter, or there is not anolomies, its my experience. Canāt see why that is so hard to understand. Ye seem very protective over Australia, which in Fitzys case i can understand to a degree with kids etc.

Iām very surprised at Bastick getting a start. I wouldnāt even be bringing him on, not that there are brilliant alternatives elsewhere. Barry Cahill suffering a bit from being asked to plug a gap in midifeld, which he did adequately, now heās out of the team. Odd.
I would agree. Even Conlon in the corner smacks of favourtism. Depends if Kildare can convert a better percentage of the chances they will create. Theyāll be tight defensively also. What it does give Dublin is a better bench with the likes of Cahill there I guess to come in when the likes of Bastick tire out but I would see Bastick getting the line before the 50 min mark especially given Kildares liking for niggly tactics such as nipple pinching etc. Theyāll wind him up no end.
I would have given McManamon another chance but instead like last year heās gone after one poor performance and I wouldnāt be surprised if we donāt see much of him for the rest of the summer. Iād have have worries about five or six positions. Canāt believe none of Cahill, Henry or OāSullivan can make the team.
Maybe Gilroy wants to lose on Sunday and take his chances in the back door after last year. I donāt think you should plan for these things though. Dublin got lucky with their draws last year but might run into Down or Tyrone early this time.
Fucking OāGara in the team, this guy shouldnāt be in the squad let alone getting a starting place, they will have to put nets up at each corner of the field to protect spectators from his shooting. Will be surprised if Bastick lasts till the second half. Surely Gilroy knows what his first team is at this point and he should stop pricking around and play it.
I would say Kildare will now target Bastick and Brennan with their niggley tactics, looking to get one or both sent to the line. I can see Dublin finishing this match on Sunday with 13 or 14 players on the pitch. Definitively smells of someone looking to go the back door route.
