Myself and @Locke are voting in one of the more high profile electorates in recent years, Cork South Central. Mick Martin, Mick McGrath and Simon Coveney being the big hitters…the latter two are gone now and SF have decided to run 2 candidates this time… sitting TD Donnchadh OLaoghaire hasnt hit the heights hoped but he’s had some serious health problems for the last couple of years… this promises to be a good scrap this time.

Back in 2006 they gave €1000 extra for every child, €250 at each quarter end, proper country back then etc etc
