I think the game was a bit more varied then in fairness. Subsequent rules changes led to all the kicking
That and the arrival of Joe Schmidt into Ireland.
1 year ago today since Club Finals day in Croke Park.
An incredible occasion watching Ballyhale (cc @Malarkey) win their 8th and Corofin winning an historic three in a row in Extra Time.
I get very emotional looking back.

An awful shame they didnt inform Kilcoo that extra time was happening.
I have been going to Croke Park now for almost 20 years and have rarely seen such tension in the ground as in the dying minutes of normal time as Devlin kicked the equaliser.
