He fucking got what was coming to him.

Former Cork underage GAA star Liam Miller died five years ago today.

Was in the church and graveyard in ovens to see him off,
And what a send off,
Lots of Irish and Celtic greats at it,
But God his poor family -
In church 4O odd m before it began,
and honestly it was the only funeral service that not a solid single word was spoken till the service started.

Itโ€™s a dull enough record in fairness.

Eclipsed by The Wall a couple of years later many would say *

  • May not be true.

Better songs on the wall.

Overshadowed by the Wall

Graeme Souness destroyed Gary Neville

Not many would say that in fairness, obviously yourself and @Fagan_ODowd

Dark side of the moon is a great album, I was never much taken by the wall
I prefer wish you were here, meddle and the Final Cut

Personally I wouldnโ€™t think there is a song on DSOTM to match Comfortably Numb or Another Brick In The Wall

Comfortably numb is one of their best, probably my favourite song from the two albums
I never liked Another brick in the wall, personally i would pick every song on DSOTM over it,
I suppose the wall is twice as long but the quality of the earlier album does it for me.
Personal preference obviously but as i said in my reply to @anon67715551, Dark side of the moon would be the more feted album, and more popular.
