Being found not guilty may be a result of not enough evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt but the presumption of innocence still stands.

Not actually true. If you truly believe you are or you are actually are innocent, there is a legal avenue that you have to pursue in which you more or less have to prove you are innocent beyond a reasonable doubt. Otherwise youâre simply "not guilty "
