RTE taking world feed commentary for the marathon is disappointing. Surely they could have wheeled out George Hamilton for one last ride?
What a tribute to the late Diana, Princess Of Wales that the marathon route goes through the tunnel where her car ploughed into a pillar.

Kipchoge dropped on the first hill - he’s cooked. Course is ridiculously hilly - organiser’s ego for Paris sights has trumpeted an even race
There’s a wall of a hill at the end of the marathon route I think. Could make it interesting

Think the last few ks are fairly flat. Last major climb is at 29k. There’s one crazy downhill on way back in where some were suggesting they’ll run close to a 4 min mile.
Bol will be in for NL
US will add in McLaughlin, Ellis and Holmes
GB will add in Anning
Jamaica will add in Pryce and potentially 1 others who’s name I can’t recall

This marathon is in store for a cracking finish. The top 14 all within a minute of the leader with 10km left. GB, NL and a range of other countries outside of Ethiopia and Kenya involved
