Premier League 2023/2024, why do irish people follow this farmers league

Ah that was the best season I remember. Leicester closing in on it was very exciting and the way they played too.

“Spurs were in it”

Arsenal were favourites in February but fell away badly in the spring. Spurs hung on Leicester coattails about 4 points behind but then drew with WBA and Chelsea and Leicester romped home for a finish. Spurs finished the season with a 5-1 defeat at Newcastle iirc.

Citeh are winless from 5 league games against Top 5 opposition. Just 3 points from 15.

Wiff of flat track bullies about them now.

Ederson would be a big loss for them

City have an incredible way managing a season. But I’d be worried from here. They look jaded.

That injury looked innocuous enough

No matches for three weeks?

Fulham v Spurs next Saturday.

Think Bournemouth play also

City are fairly useless. Outside of Foden they barely have a footballer under the age of 30 who can really play the game.

Pep has really built a team for the ages there. A lot of clubs would try but ready made talent but Peo tbf has made players out of the likes of Ake and Akanji, it’s a beautiful thing

Klopp is a very noble gentleman

Cracking game, that is a fantastic young team Klopp is leaving and without Konate and Salah (from start).

Jota was missed as well. He’d have converted that chance that fell to Luis Diaz.

Trent a loss too.

And Curtis Jones. He was immense earlier in the season. Not to mention Matip out for the season. And Ali Becker.

You’d nearly forget that Becker is out as Kelleher has done so well lately. Some going from the patched up Reds.

Kelleher is more or less guaranteed 15-20 games a season as the Brazilian chap is forever injured.

Chris Pile and Bob Bolder must be looking on enviously.

The sign :joy:
