Price of a Haircut

The place I go is unreal, the fold a special yolk down around your collar to catch the trapped hair then at the end they’ll kind of wash and massage your whole head and blow the hairs off with a powerful dryer, then style it again, unreal service

You couldn’t make it up… Bits of it falling into his pint and his curry chip.

I took some other fellas jacket by mistake the last time I was in the barbers. I was gone up the road about a minute with his jacket on and just put my hand in the pocket and felt a phone. I don’t keep mine in my coat pocket so was surprised, I pulled the phone out and was looking at it puzzled as I was stopped up in the middle of the street. I was there on William street in Limerick stopped in my tracks when I realised I was wearing some other chaps jacket. It was mildly embarrassing when I went back to the barbers to explain what happened and switch the jackets but everyone present had a great laugh with me.

As a chartered professional I can assure you the barbers I frequent ensure all loose hair, including eye brow trim and ear hair, is left on the floor of the shop. I strode into that bar like a modern day Don Draper, groomed to the fucking hilt.

£12 for the haircut, £13 for the homo-erotic head massage.

i wouldn’t be embarrassed about that, it was a honest mistake

Where exactly? I’ve always found the average in limerick is 14 quid. Polish lads on top of William’s street were 12 I think last time I went.

I highly recommend the Grafton Barber shop in Sutton Crossroads

Any of the shops around William street and foxes bow are a tenner to the best of my knowledge. There’s a place up by the train station on same street as Luigi’s and they do cheaper than a tenner. I think they advertise €5 haircuts but note the place is run by a ramshackle group of immigrants from the middle east.

Chameleon on Talbot. St. €8 and left €2 to yer wan. Unrale haircut.

Unreal haircut today. Delighted so I am. I can’t stop taking selfies all night admiring it. 35 pound. Well worth it. One on the side with a fade in on top. Works savage with the beard

What’s a fade in on top? I don’t bother with the one on the side anymore i feel i’m gone too old for that look.

35 pound? You mug

Robbers.

I always go to the nice ladies in Sutton Cross barbers under the Golden Elephant there.

you pay peanuts you get monkeys, are you the type of roaster who thinks €15 is a savage price for a haircut?

You’re up early Tass? A spot of HIIT or just generally attacking the day?

early? half the day is over, I get up around 4:45am every day, had a mighty HIIT alright already, sipping a bullet proof coffee right now as I prepare myself for the day ahead

Inspirational stuff mate. I’m inbound to London myself shortly, just business sadly, no time to take in the splendour of the City.
