I got a fine pair of Calvin Klein skinny jeans in Kildare Village when I was up there.

Yeah. The gobshite cut way too much off the top and it’s only come back to about the right length now but sure it’s in terrible shape. I thought the same about going from the half to a zero fade but the difference doesn’t look drastic, it’s a lot sharper though. I’d recommend it. Obviously the overall outcome is dependent on the quality of the barber though.

I got a cut on Monday, and finally took the plunge of a half up the back and sides, and a 2 on top.
Took five mins and cost £8.50.
Neither my daughter nor my wife even noticed until my lad came in and said “oh my God da, what have you done to yourself”
I realised then that I get paid little attention by my wife.

…I used to go half blade but dropped to a zero a while back and it’s a much tidier job. Doesn’t look as drastic as a razor fade, it’s the way to go. I’m in need of a haircut now and the last two I’ve gotten have been poor, one bad one compounded by another.

JC will sort you out over the Christmas. Although he’s gone up to €16.50 which is tasty enough going on some of the prices mentioned around here.

Lads in their 40s around here could only dream of asking for the thinning scissors after getting their hair cut
