End of August for me. I buckled I’m ashamed to say. But I did find out that my barber is from Kurdistan as opposed to Turkey which I thought he was. We’ll put aside the fact that modern geography and maps say that the city he is from is in Turkey.

Got the last minute chop today while directing various technical resources via the Teams app.
Trade was “extremely brisk” - some punters actually queued outside the shop in the rain in a state of dogged desperation whilst we were at capacity for a bit. Mostly the clientele (of varying abundance of foliage) were after no-nonsense, batten-down-the-hatches type cuts, although one lad asked for his “3 to be faded into a 1”.
Going to get mine done tomorrow. The timing isn’t right if I have to wait 4-6 weeks.

Are the barbers open lads?
Passed one yesterday with the door open and lights on, but didn’t see anybody inside.
Was it being robbed?
No but I’d imagine most barbers are doing it on the side

Hardly. I saw the barbers sign out the front of the Jetland yesterday and from a distance I could see that the lights were on, but I didn’t venture down close enough to see if there was work in progress.

An absolute crisis lads. No decent barbers have available bookings till Friday week.
