6.50 for a pint of lager and 6.10 for a bottle of lager in that shithole on Dawson st last night. Delighted their nearly gone out of business at those prices.

I was in a deserted Cockoon on friday night, €4.80 for a pint. I was outraged and demanded to pay more. What times are these when Eddie Irvine’s old venture is empty and charging less than a fiver for pints.

Watching Ronnie Whelan and Ray Houghton turn away women left, right and centre made the place a lot more tolerable. Hadn’t been in there in about 5 years and won’t be back for at least another 55.

Was drinking in Spirit Store in Dundalk over the weekend where it was 4 euro for a pint of the nicest Guinness I’ve ever had. Terrific.
Kelly’s is fucking awful. if you saw a fake made up Oirish pub like that abroad you would be sickened. Food is still decent in it mind but what possessed them to change it from The Living Room. Green outside is rotten.
