What’s the punishment for a pub using a household Sky package?

I was told the story that in the winter of 2018 a few big shots from Racing TV came over to Kildare Town/Newbridge trying to flog Racing TV packages to all the pubs. There were only 2 or 3 pubs between both towns registered customers.

When they went round pub to pub, they soon realised every pub were showing it off dodgy boxes.

2 Pubs I know we’re caught with the house sky in the pub, we’re just warned and no fine etc. If they were caught the 2nd time it would be a different story I’d say… Having a few in my local tomorrow night… Can’t fucking wait

I did. It’s shit to not be there and have it on in November but I’ve watched enough crushing defeats to know that any Munster title needs to be enjoyed
