Heather Humphries has said the guards will "use their discretion " when it comes to legalities around outdoor drinking i.e. weāll shut down the pubs we donāt like.
They only had half a year or so to ensure the legalities around outside drinking and dining were in order. Now is not the time to critique and be a hurler on the ditch.
