Question for the techies
Thanks. I figured as much…

@briantinnion the Zen has a 128GB SSD so she’d be fired up and ready in about 7 seconds they reckon.
You won’t look as good when you’re sitting in a coffee shop writing your blog though pal.

The MacBook keyboard is just beautiful to type on too. Go for it pal, style over substance is the way forward.

music plus Bluetooth headphones so at last a decent replacement for the previous ipod nano with the clip

Buy now or wait for the second version?
When is second version likely?
You’ve sold me on the Apple Watch. I hadn’t even considered that I could use it as an iPod Nano.

Whats are the best earphones for working out? The wires piss me off when I’m trying to do my 20lb deadlifts but the alternative is wireless headphones I’d feel like too much of a knob wearing them. Anything out there? The Bluetooth earphones that go around your neck would be a count when running I take it?

It’s a game changer.

Wireless Beats is probably the way forward with the Apple Watch for bang for conspicuous consumption

plus Watch plus Iphone 6 and you’re walking around with 1500 worth of equipment

Runners World has some suggestions for running - jaybird seem to be what people suggest
@Horsebox I wouldn’t touch either a compaq or Tosibha laptop. Have only ever had problems with either brand.
The Acer one you linked to is ok for the money, the build will feel cheap and not very robust and the processor isn’t great. If it was only going to be sitting at home and browsing the internet you could do worse.
Cheers, pal. I think the time has certainly come to part ways with Compaq even though I like the look and feel of them compared to other laptops I’ve had in the past.

I’ve had 2 sets of Jaybird headphones for the last 5 years. I accidently broke one of them and immediately bought another.
Excellent wireless Bluetooth headphones. Wearing them now.

Which ones do you have? I have big ears and have trouble getting earphones to stay in. Usually have to go with the sponge ones.

Yes mate, I can see your view and its certainly easy to get led astray on the style thing but I will remain strong. I tried a blog once, I didn’t have the passion for it.

Is TFK not a collection of blogs, bud?

“i like the look and feel”

what kind of fuckwit talks like this?

Most earphones now fit Comply standards. You can buy a shit load of different sizes for fuck all money to see what fits your ears best. Decent earphones will come with a few sizes, find the one that suits you and buy a load of that size from Comply on Amazon or wherever. The Jaybird Bluebuds are excellent.

Not really mate. Blogging as business means, picking a niche, building an audience, becoming an authority on a subject and finally monetize on it.

Am I right in saying these headphones the lads are recommending are around 150 euro or so?

€179.99

Fuck that. I’m forever losing headphones, can’t imagine how I’d be with wireless ones.

Do the two boys have these headphones? Do they work with a 6310?

The new range of Surface 3’s are nicely priced albeit with the lower spec Atom processor.

What ye reckon?
