The best way is get yourself a VPN, which is basically a software gateway to watch foreign streamed content not available normally to Ireland. The best obviously you’ll have to pay for. Then it’s just a matters which device you want to watch on. Easy load onto a PC. Boxes and TVs are a bit trickier.
You could also buy a hardware VPN. Don’t know much about these. Serious long term expensive solution.
As a test on a PC, just to have a try, there are addons you can load to your browser. I use anonymoX on Firefox. It’s free. Load it up, turn it on, select the country you want to access, you’ll immediately notice you’re internet slowing down because it’s free. But as a once off it might be all you need.

Knowing you, you mean from an ecological point of view. The electric razor comes out on top massively. It’s got to do with heating all that water you see.
If you argue that the hot water is “available” then an old fashioned cut throat is the way to go.
Some of these questions are very hard to answer.

Downloading from the internet. There will be legitimate software that can be downloaded from the play store to do illegitimate things or dodgy software where you download an apk by following a link and install instructions
