Tommy Walsh was roughly a million times better than Sean Og mate

Kirby, Carey and Houlihan would be my Limerick preferences.

Wouldn’t really agree. Very different but Sean og was some hurler.

His nephew John o neill never came through either.

Tommy Walsh is arguably the best hurler of that decade, and could play anywhere.
Reale over Ollie Canning :rofl::rofl::rofl:

Id pick gardiner or curran ahead of sean og in a team of the 90s.

Tommy Walsh close to first name on teamsheet

Ollie canning was fairly average. Jj Delaney was 50 times the player of Tommy Walsh.

The Limerick defense couldn’t halt Eoin Kelly. #14pts

Sean Og wasn’t even the best cork half back of the 1990s, Gardiner and Sherlock were better players

on a separate matter, he made some mad comment the other day, that Cork would have beaten Limerick by about 10 pts if the all Ireland semi final was played in a munster championship venue!! completely neglecting the fact that Cork couldn’t bt Limerick in Corks home ground earlier this year when Limerick lplayed most of the game with 14 men, his best one since the Harnedy comment years back

We’re talking about the 00s now.

Richie Power’s best days were in the 2010’s. I’d have Mullane there

Average :joy::joy::rofl::rofl:
Your metric for how good Reale is how well he marked Eoin Kelly. How did Eoin Kelly get on against Ollie Canning?
JJ and Walsh would obviously both be on the team, leaving Walsh out just confirms you saw very little hurling in that decade.

Cummins
Canning Hickey Tyrell
Walsh McGrath JJ
O’Connor Lyng
Shefflin McCarthy Larkin
Brennan Kelly Mullane

I always liked Niall McCarthy, took him over Ben.

Joe Deane is the Corkman who’s really unlucky.

Dan Shanahan for 2007 alone nearly. Tony Browne would be there or thereabouts.

Reale was class in fairness. Shaughs too.

He destroyed Ollie canning.

Toss up between him and eoin Larkin.

ok point taken, gardiner better than him in the 2000s, sherlock in both decades even though he d moved to the corner in early 2000s I suppose

What game? Why don’t you ask the Tipp lads their opinion.

Reale was an outstanding corner back. Simply class. Shanahan was outstanding in the 00s I remember he scored an absolutely outstanding goal v cork the same day limerick played clare in 07. One of the best goals I saw.
