Have you tried snorting cayenne pepper?
I hear it does wonders.

No need, straight out of the jar. Both nostrils, a bit like a blast from a double barrel.

Would you not get a better result at 400c?

Would you make your own bechamel sauce or would you just use a jar? I prefer to make my lasagnes a bit more rusticy, with thicker cuts of peppers, onions etc in it

The remains of a roast chicken there for an omelette. I’ll whack in some cheery tomatoes, onion, piri-piri sauce and potato.
