That misfortunate cow never felt a drop of rain on its back nor enjoyed the sweet taste of grass
The beef in the states is some shite, you wouldn’t feed it to a dog.The amount of hormones in it give it a lovely glow in the dark pink color.
It was a late lunch after the CL final. Tried out a new French restaurant which was decent. Escargots wouldn’t be something I would normally eat but they were tasty.
A lot of roaster misinformation regarding the steak. The red in red meat has nothing to do with hormones, it’s from a protein called myoglobin. The redder the meat is an indication of freshness. Agree there is a lot of substandard factory produced beef in the US, but excellent quality grass fed like the one in the photo is easy to find if you are willing to pay a bit more.
Oooft
With a bottle of wine? At least its summer now so you won’t be sleeping out in the cold.

No I’m not. I have great empathy for thehomeless and destitute like yourself and contribute to relevant charities at least once a year. I hope things improve for you mate, but maybe cut back on the drinking in the morning.
Haven’t posted a dinner in ages.
6 lamb shanks braised in red wine, tinned tomatoes and homemade beef stock plus various herbs and spices, taken off the bone for the kids, plain boiled carrots and roasters.
The big glass of milk not in the picture.
Have you still not left the gaff since last Saturday’s atrocity on London Bridge?
I hope there’s some beans to be added to that tasty meal, mate.
