Any master craft butcher who answers his phone to answer such trivial matter at 10pm on a Sunday evening can’t be taken seriously. @Matty_Hislop is still in the right for the moment. Unless we can see the traceability cert for the animal in question then we can assume it was not lamb or anything close to it.
