Wonderful, there’s only a small handful of critics here that I’d pay attention to and there’s one, I assume you’ve eaten omelettes in most of the worlds finest hotels? 
Indeed and I have. I don’t eat eggs generally but I can tolerate an omelette so I’d eat a fair few of them.

I know, that’s why i mentioned it.
I’d enjoy an omelette, I like the occasional scrambled egg, I can take or leave fried eggs and I detest boiled eggs.
