Ravenous Part Deux, the cheap likes thread

I must say backinapairoftackies seems to have taken my earlier criticism on board and has responded very well. Hopefully he’ll be able maintain this standard and push forward again.

Indeed, his egg work has come on leaps and bounds since your constructive criticism of his abominable fried eggs a while back. That’s a lovely omelette.

Is this your new Project, X?

Indeed Mat indeed, he has been trying very hard and it seems fair reward for him to receive high praise and validation.

HMV’s bit of chicken there does look very tasty I must say. Standards are certainly improving. I’m impressed, these lads really have picked it up.

Excuse me?

It’s great to see the guys take some constructive criticism on board.

It is Matt.

Have you ever posted up any food yourself in the 5/6/7 years you’ve spent making suggestions to others, mate?

Yes, I have.

Informative.

That must have been the very early days?

I can’t remember the exact time pal, I don’t do it much now because I don’t like to show off.

I just hope his tomato frying skills have come on as well as his egg cooking skills.

Ah yeah, you’d be modest like that alright.

We have an advanced culinary thread as well mate, haven’t seen you there either.

That is pathetic. Even with the gravy it looks bad. That’s one of the driest unappetising looking meals ever posted on this thread. You’ve just went backwards at a rate of knots lad.

I never knew people still cut their carrots in disks in this day and age.

I’m still in shock.
