Advanced cooking thread did you say? Dear Lord . Zero culinary skills involved in steaming a few mussels. I would also question the quality of those mussels, a little too yellowy for my liking. Picking pieces of plastic out of your teeth from the chorizo protective sleeve is not advanced cooking, that should have been removed before cooking. Poached cod is way overcooked, croutons are meant to have a crunch to them not soggy lumps of dough. Your sauce looks to thick and for the life of me I dom’t know where you got the idea of serving a mayonnaise with a seafood dish. Presentation disgraceful. Very poor. 3/10
