Looks lovely, pal but about 1/3 of your normal portion. Do you scoff down a feed of shepherds pie before your lovely lady pops over?

Haven’t been exercising much of late mate, appetite has dipped a little but also I’d be a fat fuck if I ate as normal.

Rice noodles and kale dropped into a pan of boiled water for 8 minutes, then into cold water and strained. Added shredded carrot to the mix, with a dressing made of rice wine vinegar, tamari, toasted sesame oil, honey, ginger, garlic, chili flakes. Finished with cashew and chopped coriander. 10 min dinners are hard to bate.
Sounds terrible… everything ok?
All I’m going to say is keep an eye out tomorrow for a resurrection of the constipation thread.
