I have a trifle in the fridge since morning, I had to use digestive biscuites but my question is should I sample it to see if its ok before I put the custard on it
So it’s not actually a trifle yet, just crumbs and jello.

I was very hungry there so i was glad of the interlude in the Rose of Tralee. Just had a triple decker ham, egg, lettuce and tomatoe sandwich followed by a standard bacon sandwich with brown sauce. I’m on the second cup of tea now and have a packet of biscuits to eat next…
