Just having some SAVAGE chowder from the market in Limerick now.

What days are the markets on now? I used to always go in Saturday mornings and get the works in there. You’d fill up on free samples alone.
The market itself is only open on Friday and Saturday, I got my Chowder in Rene Cusacks fish shop.

I grilled a chicken fillet earlier and had it in a bap with lettuce, cheese, tomato and mayo.
Grill a few rashers with some cheese on brown bread, add some relish if you have it.
Had a nice bit of turkey crown with a bit of lettuce, Mustard/Mayo and strong cheddar earlier, have a bag of midget gums and a bottle of bitter lemon for the England France match later
Made some soup there earlier on and had a turnover sandwich with smoked ham and cheese
