Ravenous

Program on RTE 1 now that Dunph should be taking a look at

Vincent Browne has Constantin Gurdgiev on and i’m not missing that for anything…

It’s about food production and all the shit they pump into packaged ham.

I don’t packaged ham or anything from a packet anyway.*

*With the exception of ice-cream.

Some serious looking chicken on this now.
Where is this CrackBird joint?

Just after a nice beef casserole

It’s down the lane to the right of the Oak bar on Dame Street. Was in it about 2 months ago. The chicken is fairly decent but the sides and dipping sauces are really excellent. The only thing that put me off was the stale greasy chicken smell. The owner, who is a bit of an oddball, got a bit uppity when it was mentioned to him.

He looked like an odd ball on that show

Just after polishing off a bag of Manhattan Popcorn. I can’t get enough of popcorn these days for some reason. Love it.

Two lamb chops… Corn on the cob, spinach salad and cottage cheese on the side.

Noble Feast. Low GI and full of good stuff.

Sounds like Mrs. Farmer has you on a diet

She sounds like a stern bitch alright.
Won’t let him out for pints tonight either.

I’m having a cracking t bone here.

Had mackeral earlier for the dinner myself…

I#ll have to throw it into a roll. Just got a call, I’m off to the hurling.
Good luck.

Lovely bit of fresh trout for the dinner there. Did up a light batter with plenty of lemon juice and cayenne pepper and deep-fried it. Superb, I must say.

I have 3 packets of spice mixes here that I got at the market last week.

I am going to lash on a serious curry later, but trying to decide which one to go for, I have:

Sirka Masala - Hot
Masala Gosht - Hot
Madras - Medium

I’ve never had either of the top two before so it will be one of them, leaning towards the Masala Gosht

Masala Gosht all the way… It’s not too hot. Lob in a spud or two also!!

Good stuff.
Did you ever get stuff from that spice man at the Market?

I’d go for the second option, Runt.
