Poached some Turbot and Scallops in a saffron cream bouillabaise yesterday, and just polished of the leftover bouillabaise with a few ciabattas there now… It was unreal.

Lads, what would you recommend as an alternative for mayonnaise when making a sandwich? I usually have chicken, ham, some iceberg lettuce and mayo with my sandwiches but find mayo is a bit bland. The South West sauce at subway is delish, is there anywhere else you could get a similar sauce?
