Ravenous

Lovely spot… The pizza and guinness are unreal…but the food in general is good and if the weather is right it’s lovely and scenic around there.

Would it be packed on a bank holiday Sunday?

I shouldn’t think so … the front bar looks small but there’s a dining area behind it that’s spacious enough so I wouldn’t imagine you’ll be having to wait around… there’s also tables out front.

Much appreciated

No worries, pal… you have to look after the ladies in your life.

Agreed. You will have silly cunts like @treaty stones who’s idea of a good bank holiday Sunday would be being in the pub for 12pm to make sure he doesn’t miss the build up to the charity shield

Guess who wears the pants in that relationship. No surprise really.

Granny will love a pint and a pizza, I’d imagine

No, i’d imagine the lovely fresh fish/sea food will be had by the mother and the grandmother, pal… Chewy will have the pizza and a pint.

Had lunch in Stonecutters outside doolin a few hours ago. Decent food even if service was all over the shop. Main reason we were there is that its kid friendly.

Linnanes New Quay worth a visit.

Wouldn’t be well up in any eatery’s south of new quay to be honest.

Pier head in Kinvara is top fare. Gentian cafe is decent too.

+1 for Cassidys also. Bit out of the way though

Bon appetite!

Did you leave the spuds in chunks ??

I had a pork and apple burger, sweet potatoe chips with corn on the cob. Savage.

@Bisto has really put it up 'em here :grinning:

And how is he going to pass the random breathalyser on the way home?

He could drink 20 pints, hold up Cassidys and attempt to take the days takings with him and you still wouldn’t encounter cops.

Eh…

been back in North Kildare 1 year and have yet to be tested for booze or even checked for tax, insurance, etc…
