My new post workout meal. Omelette with 4 egg whites, diced onion, red pepper and mushrooms and a can of tuna. Delicious and nutrious.

That’s what I normally do for omelettes but this is the new me.
The best part of an egg is the yolk, loads of protein, good fat, and all the nutrients. You’ll grow a fanny with that carry on. Cop on to yourself.
