Roast chicken, aubergine parmigiana (hon-real!), fusilli with some garlic olive oil and pine nuts and basil, and roast baby potatoes for the non pasta fans, and asparagus. Full as a tick.

Roast pork loin, roast potatoes, carrots & peas with some awesome gravy. Lidl Magnum effort afterwards. I am very satisfied.

Two darns of salmon with fresh pasta and pesto and some broccoli for dinner.
Was still peckish though so having a two egg and banana pancake with some chocolate chips topped with peanut butter and yogurt.
