Cut them into wedges - drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle a nice homemade spice mix (smoked paprika, Italian herbs, garlic salt, cayenne, etc.) on top. Into a hot oven and 20 mins later, BOOM! Lovely with a spicy mayo dip. Just stir some tabasco into mayo.
Here’s a tip. Keep the ends of the sweet potato chips as square as possible. This avoids the common problem of the ends burning.
tucking into my first case of French wine, its unreal, think I’ll have an Indian tonight
Masala Fish
Chicken & Chilli Balti with Garlic Nan and Pilau rice
Has anyone got any decent rabbit recipes? I picked up a little beauty there earlier.
Rub some olive and feta into the tyre tracks and bang it into a hot oven. Bob’s your father’s brother.
Went for my run tonight (I was fucking savage) so it was a late dinner for one job. Cut some onions and tomatoes into a bowl with garlic and then cooked in the microwave with red pesto and laksa paste. Fucked in some feta, avocado, spinach, olives, tuna and some pasta. Some tabasco and chilli flakes to round it off. Micro to heat. Mixed with spoon. Devoured. Job done.
Microwave. Jesus Juhy. What the fuck. You’re better than this, man.
Had venison tonight for the first time. I’ve a horn here now thinking about it.
I once ate venison every day for two months. I ended up hating the thought of it.
Might be time to give it a shot again.
Ever had rabbit curry? Good way of convincing / tricking family members to eat bunny.
Get on to Irish Wild Game Ltd. down in Wicklow. They’ll furnish you with a selection of venison cuts, and some wild boar, etc. Very reasonably priced compared to the usual cow and pig meat.
@anon98850436, cooked this a few months ago, nicest stew I’ve ever eaten

Had some pigeon pie last week. Like most birds I meet it was a bit gamey.
That hit the spot after a week of healthy salads for lunch from KC Peaches.
Should do me til I cook the rabbit tomorrow.

to be fair it was unreal, some lads had it topped with lobster for another 40 pound, which was even more unreal
Some gut on the lad sitting opposite you.
