A mug of beans Are you a fan of Alan Partridge?
Eggs cooked to perfection
My better half said your eggs looked delicious, mate.
Very hungover - I’d ate that. Looks tasty.
if you use organic virgin coconut oil you get a lovely crisp on the rashers
How do you get the eggs looking like that, pal? They’re spectacular looking.
Just fry them first, before the bacon and stuff, in a high quality pan. Lash them into a cold pan, a tiny, tiny drizzle of veg oil, as the pan heats keep them moving and as they slowly turn white slew them around tw pan.i strongly suspect though that you’d be the type of cheapskate cunt to have a tesco own brand pan so it’s best if you just starve.
I use a small non stick pot, melt a bit of butter in it and lash in your eggs, season according to your taste, as you can see I love the black freshly ground organic pepper myself, put the cover of the pot on, keep checking on them until they are cooked to your desired consistency, you’ll know by looking at them., you don’t have to even turn them over, Its an incredible method that I was learned off a top UK chef, the home of the cooked breakfast. No vegetable oil to make them rubbery like a roaster would do or tin foil in sight
I knew it - class!
That looks lovely, mate. What’s the recipe?
Did you put in the bay leaf? I don’t like bay leaf - think it overpowers the other flavours in a dish. And don’t mind TreatyStones roundy carrots are your only man for any stew dish.
I put in the bay leaf and some Rosemary. I also added turnip
I’ll give that a go in the coming weeks.
