I let my inner roaster loose at lunch time and had a carvery. Seriously regretting it now, I’ll be asleep on the desk in a minute.
I hope you put whatever sauce you like on your carvery either all over or on the side and enjoyed it immensely, mate.
I’ll be having a touch of bread sauce with my Christmas dinner and i’m extremly comfortable with that.

what do you do with this mixture?
it looks a lot like the rice pudding from my childhood that you added a dollop of jam to and ate with a spoon.
do you lump it onto the turkey and ham and then pour a bit of gravy over the whole lot, or do you dip the turkey into it.

It could have done with a bit of gravy mate, the burger was already in a sauce of sorts so I didn’t want to mix the two but sadly there wasn’t enough sauce on the burger for the end of it.
You ate it with a hollowed out can of bud.
They don’t mate you just think they do. You’ll be along in a while to tell us that you might eat a bit of a croquette or a sprout as well no doubt.

Sadly, I don’t think turkey and ham is on the menu in households that serve that shit up on xmas day.
