They were also cultivating coca leaves and even transporting it across the continent. What’s your point?

I was watching Oliver Dunne on the Seven O’Clock Show last night and he fires his steak into an oven for 3-4 minutes after sealing it on the pan at a high heat for a minute each side. Gonna try the same tonight. This could be a game changer.

I’m after ordering a pizza meal deal from Supermacs. €9.95 for a 10’ pizza with three toppings, chips and a drink. Looking forward to it.

I have to say I’ve come around to broccoli in a big way in the last few years. As long as it’s not boiled

Agree. A sort of nutty taste to it. Unreal. I roasted the broccoli for my pasta dinner above by the way.

The pineapple and chips were the best part. It was grand, will keep me going a while more. Back to work now for two hours where I’ll be nicely productive after eating.
