I’ve never had a steak out of the microwave. Can’t imagine it being great.

Make a sandwich and eat it cold I’d say. You could probably melt a bit of cheese on top of it alright.
What I would do is slice it up thinly, stir fry some veg and then throw the beef in at the end just to heat it up.
