Higgins and Boyle were great warriors. Tom Parsons always came across well too. Clarke took all the trials and tribulations that befell him in his stride. The vitriol out there towards these Mayo players baffles me.

Same way when Dublin win, its only because of the money.
Has failed to deliver in their crunch games and has no ideal position despite them shipping him around. The sooner he’s removed the better they can slot the right players in.
Not nippy enough for full forward line, hasn’t scored in 6 final appearances, not mobile or athletic enough for midfield (watch him getting left for dust by his elder James McCarthy for Dublin’s opening goal in the final) and doesn’t have the creativity for half forward. Doesn’t seem to be an edge in him either re if they win or not. He seems happy to take the free cars, sponsorships and tik tok dance acclaim but not actually deliver what he’s supposed to do. There are other far more honest players leaving in the last week than him.
