He was definitely the longest serving IC player. Anyone know who is now?

Horgan, Callinan or TJ?

Niall McNamee in Offaly. Still TBC if he’s going again in 2023, but he’s on the road since 2003.

Ross was the last footballer outside Dublin still playing with a Leinster Medal.

By God, the seeth is strong in you still…. :joy:

BIg Dog and @Bod95 took that one fierce bad.

Oh desperate. I hate that kind of thing. If you’re going to hit me, stand in front of me and we’ll go at it.

Hego got caught with it in Ennis in April as well. You’d wonder.

A gushing 28 paragraph statement :joy:

He has a big haul of medals in fairness. Best of luck to him.

Limericks Darren Daly

I remember him playing once, a day we all learned the true value of Nickie Quaid. Now, he did knock Seamie Callanan’s teeth out so it wasn’t completely unproductive, but wasn’t a good outing in a hurling sense.

Was this the goalie whose Mammy got fierce upset he wasn’t getting a game?

You know, I think it was :joy:

I take it back, it actually wasn’t. Twas Mrs murphy

@caulifloweredneanderthal you have him mixed up pal. He’s the goalie who robbed the pensioner of his life savings I’m pretty sure.

Oh no, wait, he’s not.

Except Buttsy actually got to play occasionally, usually the last seven minutes of All-Ireland finals.

The ultimate “finisher”.
