You really have a high opinion of yourself.
That’s because I’m smarter than you, Kevin.
In your head.
In this case you certainly aren’t. You threw in the towel when a reasonably debated post got a smiley and a childish picture. You were unable to counter argue it.
If being smarter makes you as lonely and boring as you sound then you and it helps you sleep at night then you pretend to yourself all you want.
Jesus lads it’s Christmas play nice.
Alright mate, anyone retired recently?

Did something happen to you recently to make you so angry, Kev?
There’s an awful needy tone to your posts of late.
You can talk to me.
The brother has retired to bed a little worse for wear but that’s about it mate.

I have friends thankfully. I can talk to them. It makes life easier.
Sorry to hear he didn’t fulfil his potential from earlier in the day
I bet you have 104 friends, Kevin.
you are spending an awful lot of time on here following me around sid.
Am I? How much time would you say I’m spending following you around, mate? Would you say I’m stalking you? Are you scared?
Do you admire him?
no, just pointing out your hypocrisy
Of course you are, mate, of course you are. You’d be a great hypnotist, you’re proof that the mind can convince itself of anything. The only trouble is that you’d only hypnotise yourself.
step away from the booze sid. its a slippery slope for someone like you.
Ah jaysus Kev, when you have to resort to that it’s time to step away from the keyboard.
The Independent’s best 15 of the 21st century not to win an All Ireland.
Presumably this is players who have packed it in, otherwise the likes of Ciaran McKeever, Mallon and Keith Higgins would feature.
Wouldn’t have much dispute with the defence but the forward line is a joke. Paddy Bradley and Ciaran McDonald would have walked onto any forward line in the country in that time. I was going out with a girl from Monagahan Town when Paddy Bradley was in his pomp, I remember going to a qualifier where Derry were playing Monaghan, Bradley scored 2-06 from play that day. He was as good a forward as I’ve ever seen, some man to win his own ball and could score from anywhere. McDonald was just a genius, an absolute pleasure to watch in action.
To have Declan Browne over Bradley is a joke.
I’ve finally went to the trouble of having a read of this team. Is this another Martin Breheny special? The timeframe is a bit curious. Glenn Ryan who made his debut in 1991 was just about still playing in the 21st century but after playing through the later stages of Kildare’s run to the All Ireland final in 1998, he was effectively finished in 1998 and certainly never produced anything of any great note in the 21st century.
I would agree with you that the criteria would seem to be players that have already packed it in and active players are not considered. That would explain the inclusion of Aaron Kernan ahead of Lee Keegan and the omission of Keith Higgins, Michael Meehan and Cillian O’Connor.
Is Aaron Kernan the only one of the selected fifteen never to have won an All Star?
