+1. Typical jocko ref behaviour. A decent ref would diffuse the situation. I’d do the following (cc @flattythehurdler): Explain to the player that I didn’t see any elbow/swinging arm but sorry you’re hurt and if I missed it. Now stop shouting aggressively as you don’t want to get booked too. Let’s get you cleaned up and get going again. Meanwhile, chippy jocko ref fails to make any allowance for player being upset at getting his nose smashed & can’t wait to book him.

Rangers have been shite for most of the past decade, as soon as they mount a decent run of results together they have referees magicing decisions out of their hat for them.

You really shouldn’t comment when you don’t watch Scottish football, it just makes you look prejudiced and silly

Remember McDonnell itching to get his red card out for Brown for a nothing incident with Lafferty at Ibrox, Bougherra winking at the Rangers bench when in the same game where he knew he couldn’t get sent off

The Board need to jump on this strongly and promptly and call the interference from SFA match officials in title defining games.

Wasn’t there an English rugby team who used fake blood a few years ago. Perhaps Muir thought Celtic were at the same thing last night.
